Sebastian Amigorena and Ana-Maria Lennon-Duménil, two researchers of the unit, have been awarded European Research Council (ERC) grants.

With 8 grants awarded to its researchers, the Institut Curie confirms its position among the top European research centers. These awards are the result of a strategy implemented since 1995 at the Institut Curie, in support of young researchers who carry out ambitious research projects.

The position is open as part of the "Interdisciplinary immunology post-doctoral program" in the department of Immunology headed by Sebastian Amigorena.
All groups work in a collaborative manner to encourage innovative projects involving complimentary expertise.
The lab is located in a building devoted to cell biology within the Institut Curie campus in the heart of Paris.

In the "Human Innate Immunity" group. Current research in the lab aims at discovering the mechanisms that regulate innate sensing of HIV in dendritic cells and how they translate into an immune response. Several projects are available for the PhD/Master candidate.  The position is open for a candidate with a background in immunology, virology and/or bioinformatics.
